The recipe for gourmet crepes from our chef Kévin Burnouf
For light, fragrant and perfectly balanced pancakes, follow the advice of Kévin Burnouf:
In a container, mix:
• 250 g of flour
• 4 eggs
• 1 pinch of salt
• 25 g of sugar
• 250 g of milk
Whisk until you obtain a smooth paste. Then gradually add:
• 400 g of milk
• 100 g of water
Finally, finish with:
• 100 g of melted butter
• A sufficient quantity of rum (according to your taste)
