Handmade recipe.

Hand-rolled white chocolate paste, filled with prunes and raisins, coated in dark chocolate.

"For the record...

Grafted in 1507, the Damascus plum (Syria) becomes the ente plum which, when dried, becomes the prune which Agen has made its specialty.

Their name Prunes de Monsieur comes from the brother of Louis XIV, the Duke of Orléans, who had to be called "Monsieur" and who loved them so much that he got indigestion from them. Such are Monsieur's Plums: so good that they can be tasted endlessly!"
