"Fondant Biscuits coated in Marzipan and Chocolate"

For the pleasure of all chocolate loyers ... The Sables Diamant, isbiscuit heaven !!!
We make this biscuit using the same process as the great pastry chef, Antonin Carême in the 1800's, by making a homemade marzipan, using ground almonds from Spain, cane sugar and egg whites to form fine and smooth paste that we then supplement with butter and four. Then, soon after cooking, we totally coat them with our famous milk chocolate.
2 sachets per box freshness.
Composition : wheat flour, 30% milk chocolate (cocoa butter, pourdre whole and skim milk, pastry butter, cocoa mass, whey powder, caramel, lactose, soy lecithin, caramel aroma, vanilla, paprika dye), butter pastry, sugar, almonds, egg whites, baking powder (baking soda and pyrophosphate).
Can traces of nuts, milk, eggs, soy, gluten.
