Cacao de Piura is a Criollo type with white beans coming directly from the Alto Piura valley in Peru. Harvested in altitude on the mountainsides by twelve organizations of small producers forming the Quemazon community, this cocoa offers a very clear chocolate with slightly tart and fruity flavors.
