As their name suggests, they are made in Normandy, with good butter (23%) fresh eggs and pure wheat flour. Light and crumbly, baked to perfection.
Ingredients : wheat flour, sugar, pastry butter, egg yoiks, eggs, invert sugar, malt, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate and sodium pyrophosphate), salt.
Can traces of nuts, milk, eggs, soy, gluten.
