A real specialty, made from pure Ceylon coconut, completely unlike the heavy & mass produced congolas. Created by Maxime BURNOUF in the '50s, to please the foodies, he developed a light formula and fine meringue to tempt your palate.
Ingredients : sugar, egg whites, coconut, wheat flour.
Can traces of nuts, milk, eggs, soy, gluten.
